He was formerly employed as a Mason with Cartech for eighteen years.  He was a former member of New Era Lodge #290 IBPOE of W.  He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Renelza Chapman Buxton of Bridgeport; son, Martin J. <description><![CDATA[<img src="http://mortonsmortuary.com/components/comObituaries/obituarythumbnails/94_115615.jpg" alt="Mary M &quot;Trudy&quot; Bush" />BUSH – Mary M. “Trudy” Bush, age 66 of Bridgeport entered eternal rest Friday, February 17, 2012 at St. Vincent’s Medical Center.  Mrs. Mary (Trudy) Bush was born August 6, 1945, to the late John and Claire (Marshall) Grace in Bridgeport, CT.  She entered eternal rest on February 17, 2012 at St. Vincent’s Medical Center in Bridgeport, CT.  Born in this city “Trudy” was a life-long resident of Bridgeport. She attended Bridgeport Public Schools and graduated from Trumbull High School and from United Christian Ministries in Bridgeport; CT.   She was a former member of the Pentecostal Church of Prayer and Deliverance. Mary was married to the Late Richard Bush. Mary worked as a bails bonds woman.  She also worked as a Nurse’s Aide at Griswald Special Care for ten years.  Mary served as president of the Tennant’s Association in Father Panik Village.  There she helped many families.  During her time as president she became a mother to all.  She was known to many as Mrs. Trudy.  Mary enjoyed listening to music, having family gatherings and talking on the phone.  Her favorite song was “Walk Around Heaven. “ Mary was predeceased by her husband, Richard Bush Sr., son, Larry Keene (Bush), brothers, Joseph Grace, Benton Terry and Carlton Terry. Sisters, Barbara Gill and Lois Grace. Mary is survived by  fiance&#039; Getachew Dadi, in addition she leaves to cherish her memory and carry on her legacy six sons, Richard Bush Jr., (Jackie), Thomas Bush (Pamela) , Jonathan and Matthew (Howe) Bush, Dion Bush all of Bridgeport; Darnelle Bush of Milford; four daughters, Sandra Stephenson, Dominga Bush and Angelina Keene-Bush, Diontra Bush all of Bridgeport;  four brothers, Stanley Terry of NY, Lenton Terry (Melody) both of Bridgeport, Daniel Marshall of Stratford and Robert Marshall of Washington, DC; three sisters, Claire Grace and Susan Williams of Bridgeport and Florence Newman of DE; twenty-four grandchildren, twenty-two great-grandchildren;  special grandson  Roscoe Bush, two special aunts, Angelina Grace and Dominga Cooper,  special cousin, Lena Taylor and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins,  other relatives and friends.

She was a life- long resident of Bridgeport.  Cynthia was emplo9yed with People’s Bank for many years.  She was a President of Roberto Clemente Condominium and she also served on the Lower East Side Board of Directors. Cynthia loved sports, she was a big fan of the New England Patriots, NY Nicks and NY Yankees. Bertha was predeceased by her husband, Benjamin Douglas, son, Herman Holmes, two sisters, Ralphola Taylor and Ollie Mack, grandson, Dewayne Corey Holmes.
