Obituary for Shirley Bourm

Shirley Bourm, age 65, passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 7, 2018, at Bridgeport Hospital. She was born November 8, 1952, in Aiken South Carolina. Her parents were the late John and Lillie Bourm.

Shirley was a 1970 graduate of Central High School. She worked as a Foster Grandparent at Roosevelt School. She loved her children very much. She also was a member of Mount Aery Baptist Church. She was always on the go and would never let anything stand in her way. She had a caring heart.

Shirley had two children Todd John Bourm, and Lisa Marie Pierre. Unfortunately on July 21st, 1989 Todd John Bourm passed away of a rare brain disease. She was left with her only child Lisa who was three years old, at the time. Shirley was a great woman, a great mother and a great friend. She will truly be missed by her friends and family.
