Obituary for David Hall, Sr.

David Hall Sr., was born July 4, 1933 to the late Roy Hall and Patricia Berry Hall in Bishopville, South Carolina. He entered eternal rest April 22, 2018.

David was a resident of Bridgeport 56 years . He was employed as a Machine Operator with Ditullio & Sons in Milford, Connecticut for over forty-five years.

David loved his family. He was fond of his sons, and would often say, you came from good stock; encouraging them to have good work ethics and always work hard. David was a very hard worker and provided for his family. He enjoyed playing pool and taught his sons how to shoot pool as well. He was big on baseball during his era.

He was a very likable man; he was full of life, had a big heart and a great personality.

He was predeceased by his loving wife, Mary, his parents and a son, Samuel (Mike) Hall. He leaves to cherish his loving memory 3 sons, David Hall Jr. (Nitza) of Bridgeport; Johnny Lee Hall (Vickie) of NC; and Joseph Hall of NC; 1 daughter, Brenda Hall of NC; 1 sister, Bishop Fannie Mae Robinson (Bishop Robert) of SC; 1 special daughter, Donna (Jean) Walker (Sam Walker) of Bridgeport; 3 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren. A special grandson Markeith Hall who has assisted his grandfather until his demise.

David was fondly loved by his family and friends and will be missed by everyone. Although he has gone from us, he will always be in our hearts.
